SHOOT FOR THE MOON WITH ΓΦB
a letter from our president
Hi, hello, and welcome to the Delta Eta Chapter of Gamma Phi Beta at UC Irvine! I invite you to take a look at our website and catch a small glimpse into our sisterhood. Gamma Phi Beta is home to 120 wonderful, strong women who through scholarship, philanthropy, leadership, and personal growth, are striving to achieve the highest type of womanhood.
We are also unified by our organization’s four core values of love, labor, learning, and loyalty. These values are the pillars of our sorority and enable a mindset of growth and personal development. Love and labor are the core of who we are as women. It unites us towards a common goal of working diligently to become the best version of ourselves and showing respect and support for each sister's individual journey. We celebrate the diversity of backgrounds and personal experiences that each member brings to enrich our sisterhood. The values of learning and loyalty embody our external focus towards supporting our local community. We strive for academic excellence and actively motivate each other to meet our goals. Our sisterhood goes beyond giving a helping hand, it is being a loving heart. Not only are we loyal to each other, but we are also dedicated and devoted members to Gamma Phi Beta.
For me, Gamma Phi Beta has been my home away from home and the women in this chapter have pushed me and supported me to achieve more than I thought possible. They have shown me what it truly means to be a passionate, kind, and driven woman of character.
I hope our website shows you the strength and joy of our sisterhood and why we are so proud to call ourselves members of Gamma Phi Beta.
Gamma Phi Beta President
